Key Responsibilitiesn• Deliver engaging and effective teaching for UG (BBA & B.Com) and PG management programmes.

n• Develop course content, teaching materials and innovative learning approaches.

n• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

n• Contribute to curriculum development, academic administration and student mentoring.

n• Undertake research activities and contribute to research publications.

n• Participate in institutional and academic initiatives.

n

Eligibilityn• MBA / Master's degree in Finance, Accounts or a related discipline.





n• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in academics and/or the corporate sector.

n• Candidates with prior corporate Finance/Accounts experience will be preferred.

n• Ph.D. in Finance, Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.

n• Research publications in reputed journals/conferences are desirable.

n• Robust subject knowledge with the ability to teach Finance & Accounting subjects at UG and PG levels.

n• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
