nThe Cobweb Ahmedabad delivery centre operates under the Cobweb MENA FZ LLC – Eccentric Business Intelligence Pvt Ltd associated partnership, extending Cobweb's engineering capability into India.

nThis role is based full-time at the Ahmedabad delivery centre, working as part of Cobweb's service delivery function on the MENA client portfolio. Functional reporting is to the Services Director, Cobweb MENA FZ LLC; site and day-to-day administration sit with the Ahmedabad delivery centre management.n

n

nIt is a client-facing engineering role, not a back-office ticket queue. You will prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews directly to client stakeholders.n

n

nWHAT YOU WILL DOn

n

nMicrosoft 365 tenant managementn

n• Administer multiple client Microsoft 365 tenants — Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, user and mailbox lifecycle, and licensing.n

n• Configure and maintain conditional access, MFA, mail flow rules and baseline security policies across the tenant estate.n

n• Lead tenant-to-tenant and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations end to end, including mailbox, data, DNS and identity cutover.n

n• Monitor tenant health and licence utilisation, and recommend optimisation proactively.n

n

nBackup, business continuity and disaster recoveryn

n• Own day-to-day Acronis (or equivalent) backup operations: job configuration, monitoring, failure remediation and restore testing.n

n• Support client Business Continuity Plans, including RPO/RTO definitions, backup schedules and retention policies.n





n• Coordinate periodic DR and failover/restore testing, and document outcomes.n

n

nQuarterly Business Reviewsn

n• Build QBR packs covering service performance, ticket trends, patching and compliance, backup/DR posture, security posture and recommendations.n

n• Present QBRs directly to client stakeholders and follow action items through to closure.n

n

nRMM, PSA and automationn

n• Work daily in RMM tooling (N-able, Datto, ConnectWise Automate or equivalent) to monitor, patch and remediate across managed endpoints and servers.n

n• Log and manage tickets in PSA/ITSM tooling (ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, HaloPSA, ServiceNow or equivalent) with accurate time capture and SLA adherence.n

n• Automate recurring tasks in PowerShell (Graph API and Azure CLI an advantage) and maintain runbooks and SOPs.n

n

nGeneral service deliveryn

n• Deliver Level 2/3 support on escalated incidents within agreed SLAs, following ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management.n

n• Collaborate with the Dubai service delivery and NOC/SOC teams.n

n• Contribute to new client onboarding, including discovery, documentation and tooling deployment.n

n

nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORn

n

n• 4+ years in an MSP, IT service desk or enterprise IT operations environment, with substantial hands-on Microsoft 365 administration at scale.n

n• Practical Acronis Cyber Protect or comparable backup platform experience, including restore and recovery operations.n

n• Demonstrated experience leading tenant-to-tenant and Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.n

n• Proven ability to build and confidently deliver QBRs or similar client-facing service reviews.n





n• PowerShell scripting proficiency and solid RMM/PSA working knowledge.n

n• Clear spoken and written English, with the confidence to engage MENA-based clients directly.n

n• Willingness to align working hours with Dubai/MENA business hours.n

n

nMANDATORY CERTIFICATIONSn

n• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) or equivalent, andn

n• A Microsoft security certification — SC-300, SC-200 or the retired MS-500.n

nAzure administration (virtual machines, Intune, basic networking); Mimecast or Proofpoint; Exclaimer; prior MSP experience serving MENA or multi-country client portfolios; NOC/SOC-monitored environments; ITIL v4 Foundation, AZ-900, Acronis or Mimecast certifications.n

nEDUCATIONn

nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.n
