Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the school campus.
- Monitor the condition of school buildings, classrooms, offices, restrooms, playgrounds, and other facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise civil maintenance and repair works.
- Handle routine maintenance requirements related to plumbing, electrical systems, painting, carpentry, masonry, and general building maintenance.
- Identify maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for school infrastructure and equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors, technicians, suppliers, and service providers.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate maintenance-related purchases and services.
- Monitor the quality and timely completion of maintenance and repair works.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, service schedules,



and expenses.
- Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, functional, and properly maintained.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree – Mandatory
- B.E. / B.Tech. or Diploma candidates will be highly preferred.

- Practical knowledge of building and facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance works.
