Designation: Manager – Maintenance

Reporting To: General Manager

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Key Skills

- Experience in plant and clean-room maintenance.
- Knowledge of DG Set, Air Compressor, AHU, Chiller, LT/HT Panels.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, Servo Drive and Servo Motor.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Valuable understanding of ISO 13485:2016 / ISO 9001 documentation.
- Knowledge of 5S, hygiene, safety and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall plant maintenance, utilities and engineering activities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
- Analyze breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintain maintenance records,



MIS reports and ISO documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, vendors and external agencies.
- Manage maintenance spares and inventory.
- Support plant projects, budget control and statutory/government liaisoning.
- Ensure 5S, hygiene, health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and support achievement of production targets.

Experience: Relevant experience in plant maintenance, preferably in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or manufacturing industry. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
