Job Title: Maintenance Incharge

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily plant production, ensuring output targets and quality are met
- Oversee maintenance of factory machinery and equipment, including preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility faults promptly
- Coordinate production and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and output loss
- Supervise production and maintenance staff, assign daily tasks
- Maintain records of production output, machine downtime, and maintenance activities
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed




- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues during production runs
- Report daily plant status to management

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a factory/plant, covering both production and maintenance
- Working knowledge of machinery, motors, electrical panels, and utilities
- Willingness to handle emergency repairs and production issues outside regular hours when needed

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
