Role Description The Maintenance Executive (Stones/Marbles/Granites/Ceramics/Quartz/Tiles/Construction Material) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawatsar. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, tools, and equipment used in processing and handling stones, marbles, granites, ceramics, quartz, tiles, and related construction materials.

The Maintenance

Executive will perform routine inspections, schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently. The position includes monitoring inventory of spare parts, liaising with vendors and service providers, and maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports.



The role also requires close collaboration with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and support smooth, continuous workflow.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of machinery, tools, and equipment used in stone, marble, granite, ceramics, quartz, tiles, and construction material processing and handling.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating repair activities.
- Ability to interpret equipment manuals, maintenance schedules, and basic technical drawings related to industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with safety standards, workplace health and safety practices, and compliance in industrial or construction environments.
- Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills for maintaining logs, reports, and inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, operations, and external service providers.
- Prior experience in a similar maintenance role within construction materials, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
- Relevant technical diploma, ITI, or engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rawatsar and manage maintenance tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
