Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in our Sodium Silicate manufacturing plant. Basic machine operation, process monitoring, safety, housekeeping, and following production instructions will be the key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor machines and production equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Understand basic machine operations, controls, and operating parameters.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other basic process parameters.
- Start and stop machines safely as instructed by the supervisor.
- Check machines regularly for abnormal noise, leakage, vibration, or other issues.
- Inform the supervisor immediately about machine breakdowns or process abnormalities.
- Maintain proper production records and logbook entries.
- Follow safety instructions, PPE requirements, and chemical handling procedures.




- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and production area.
- Assist in routine cleaning and basic maintenance activities.
- Follow production schedules and instructions from the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Work as part of the production team and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Basic Requirements
- ITI or Diploma pass-out from a recognized institute.
- Previous experience in a chemical or manufacturing plant will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of machines and production processes.
- Ability to read basic instructions and maintain easy records.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good observation skills and a responsible attitude.
- Safety awareness and willingness to follow instructions are essential.

Saalry - NO BAR for right candidates Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
