Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily shop-floor production on CNC Turning, VMC and HMC machines
- Allocate manpower and monitor shift-wise production targets
- Ensure machine uptime and cycle-time efficiency
- Read engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements
- Verify tool offsets and job setups before production
- Coordinate with QC to reduce rejection and rework
- Monitor cutting tools, inserts and tool consumption
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain safety, discipline and 5S standards
