Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Logistics & Transport Executive to manage day-to-day transportation operations, vehicle tracking, billing, documentation, and coordination with transporters, drivers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track daily vehicle movement and deliveries.
- Manage transporter, driver, and fleet coordination.
- Monitor vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Maintain transport records, trip sheets, and delivery documents.
- Verify and process transportation bills and freight charges.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Follow up on delays, delivery issues,



and vehicle-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate logistics and transport reports.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and operational activities.
- Support cost control and productive utilization of transportation resources.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Logistics, Transport, Fleet Management, or Operations.
- Good knowledge of transportation processes and documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and basic MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle multiple transport activities simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
