Logistics Manager Nykaa.com & D2C
Role Objective
Own end-to-end logistics operations for Nykaa.com & D2C, ensuring optimal courier utilization, delivery performance, cost efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day courier allocation based on capacity, cost, SLA, serviceability and performance.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs including O2D, EDD adherence, breach %, TAT, NDR, RTO, FAD and logistics cost.
- Drive courier partner performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage critical escalations related to delays, breaches, NDR, RTO, lost/damaged shipments and customer complaints.
- Lead sale/peak planning, including volume forecasting, courier capacity planning and contingency plans.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with internal stakeholders and courier partners.
- Drive cost optimization through effective courier allocation and network optimization.
- Work closely with Warehouse, CS, Business, Technology and Finance teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and network efficiency.
- Prepare dashboards/MIS and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Experience
4–8 years of experience in e-commerce logistics / last-mile / D2C, with solid experience in courier management, performance monitoring, peak planning and stakeholder management.
