Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage inbound & outbound logistics across 4 plants in UP, Rajasthan & Haryana.
- Ensure timely movement of biomass/raw materials and finished pellets.
- Manage FTL operations, transporters and fleet, including route planning, truck utilization and TAT.
- Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics cost per MT.
- Build and manage a strong transporter network across North India.
- Monitor vehicle availability, detention, productivity, fuel efficiency and documentation.
- Prepare logistics MIS and drive cost-saving and operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with E-way bills, permits, insurance, road tax and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales and Plant Operations for smooth logistics execution.




- Resolve transporter issues and operational bottlenecks proactively.

Candidate Profile Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Agriculture or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience: 610 years in logistics/transport management with strong exposure to FTL, trucking and fleet operations.

Industry Preference: Agri-business | Food Processing | Bulk Commodities | Biomass | Manufacturing
