Job Brief

We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate with supplier for collection of materials, arrange the shipper, track the materials, oversee delivery in our warehouse with local team and check the estimated time for materials to receive from the time order is placed, ensure customer deliveries are completed with enhanced logical approach, liaise between accounting and other departments to ensure all packing list, DN etc are right and handover of delivery notes for invoicing.

A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and writing skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency. High level of responsibility is required and self-driven and motivation with high level of common sense is desired for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Use Excel and MS Office tools
- Coordinate with logistics c (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements




- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
- Tracking and fixing shipping errors
- Preparing bills and invoices
- Managing distribution and shipment budgets
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

Requirements and skills

- Experience as logistics coordinator
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and Incoterms are desired
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
