Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward parcel loading, unloading, and sorting.

- Coordinate with truck drivers and local last-mile delivery teams.

- Verify Lorry Receipts (LR/Bilty), customer delivery slips, and E-Way bills.

- Manage local loading labour (hamali teams) and ensure damage-free handling.

- Collect To-Pay / COD cash, reconcile accounts daily, and deposit funds to the company bank account.

- Report daily operational status (inward/outward/cash) directly to management.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in parcel booking, courier hub, or road transport operations (e.g., Navata, Kranti, BMPS, VRL, DTDC, Delhivery).

- Strong familiarity with Vijayawada commercial areas (Autonagar, One Town, Kaleswara Rao Market).

- Fluency in Telugu (mandatory); functional Hindi/English is an advantage.

- Basic smartphone and computer/billing knowledge (WhatsApp reporting, Excel basics).

- Local resident of Vijayawada with valid ID proofs and local references.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
