Context & Role

This position is responsible for achieving business targets by building the sales distribution channels of Agency for his team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design effective Coverage Plan for his team of FOS.

- Provide direction & conceptualize action plans for recruitment of advisors for his team.

- Is accountable for running Business Chance Presentations, & drive R&R; initiatives in the unit.

- Develop FOS and Advisor quality through On the Job training. (Product knowledge / selling skills etc.)

- Overall responsibility of managing his team for the given unit. Responsibility for recruitment,



motivation & retention

- Review / Monitor / Analyse sales performance and competitor activities

- Span of Control : 6-8 FOS based on the unit size and performance

Required Qualifications And Experience

Any Graduate or Post Graduate with preferably 5 8 years of Insurance Industry experience

Knowledge And Skills Desired

- At least 3 years of team handling experience

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills

- High energy levels

- Self-driven & dynamic personality

- Ability to handle stress

- Initiative and Confident
