Legal & IPR Associate – Senior Associate

VERITE ASSOCIATES, Ahmedabad is looking for a motivated and experienced Legal & IPR Associate – Senior Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and legal matters.
- Handling Trademark, Copyright, Patent and Design related matters.
- Conducting trademark searches and providing legal analysis.
- Handling IP prosecution, oppositions, rectification and related proceedings.
- Drafting legal notices, replies, affidavits, applications and other legal documents.
- Handling IP infringement, enforcement and related legal matters.
- Conducting legal and IP research.
- Communicating and coordinating with clients regarding ongoing matters.
- Managing case records, deadlines and filing requirements.
- Assisting with domestic and international IP filings and prosecution.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.

Key Requirements
- LL.B. / LL.M. qualification.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in IPR / Intellectual Property Law.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Trademark Law and IP laws.




- Practical experience in trademark prosecution, oppositions and related proceedings.
- Exposure to copyright, patent and design matters will be an advantage.
- Strong legal drafting, research and communication skills.
- Good client-handling and coordination skills.
- Prior experience with an IPR Law Firm / Legal Firm will be preferred.
- Ability to independently handle assigned matters and meet deadlines.
