Position: Legal Research Intern

Minimum Commitment: 90 days

Seeking law students pursuing a 3-year LLB / 5-year integrated LLB with an interest in:

- Corporate & Commercial Law
- Business & Company Law
- Taxation
- International / Foreign Law
- Cross-Border Transactions
- Corporate Compliance & Regulatory Law
- Contracts & Commercial Agreements
- Insolvency & allied areas

WORK & EXPOSURE: Interns will be involved in:

- Legal research and case-law analysis
- Drafting research notes, legal opinions and other research-based work
- Corporate & commercial legal research
- Compliance and due diligence research
- Tracking legal developments
- Research relating to ongoing civil, criminal and matrimonial matters
- Exposure to drafting and research across diverse areas of law
- First-hand exposure to real-time professional discussions and meetings
- Court visits and practical exposure to court proceedings and legal practice
- Other associated and allied work as assigned





This internship is intended to provide exposure not only to legal research but also to the practical functioning of a legal practice, including ongoing matters, client-related discussions, professional meetings and court work.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong command of English – mandatory
- Proficiency in legal research tools & MS Office
- Strong analytical, research & drafting skills
- Professionalism & commitment to learning

Thane | Strictly Offline 11 AM – 7 PM

Candidates must also attend the Ulhasnagar office 1–2 days per week.
