**Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Legal Intern at Lex Rangers.

The Legal

Intern will support attorneys with legal research on corporate law, fundraising, and transactional matters, and assist in analyzing legal issues relevant to client transactions. Daily tasks include helping draft and review contracts and other legal documents, preparing summaries and memos, and organizing case and deal files. The intern may assist in preparing materials for client meetings, reviewing regulatory and compliance requirements, and tracking key transaction deadlines. The role offers exposure to corporate transactions,



startup advisory work, and M&A; practice in a collaborative, mentorship-focused env ironment. Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Law and Corporate Legal Issues, with interest in corporate transactions, startups, fundraising, and M&A.;
- Skills in Legal Consulting and client-focused problem solving, including the ability to interpret and apply legal principles to business scenarios.
- Experience or coursework in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and transactional documents.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly and professionally.
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a law program; prior coursework in corporate law, securities, or business organizations is beneficial.
- High attention to detail, strong legal research and analytical abilities, and proficiency with standard legal research tools and office software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines responsibly.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and interest in client service; prior internship or practical experience in a legal or business setting is a plus.
