Role & Designation :- Legal Assistant

Nature of Job :- Full Time/ Permanent

Qualification :- LLB

Work Location :- Chinchwad , Pune.

Salary Range :- As per the interview

Experience :- 1-3 Years Experience in Real estate Industry

- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY :-

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and corporate policies.

Manage litigation, disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel.

Provide legal advice to management and various departments.

Identify legal risks and recommend preventive measures.

Oversee corporate governance and statutory compliance requirements.





Maintain and update legal records, licenses, and registrations.

Handle notices, legal correspondence, and regulatory communications.

Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives (if applicable).

Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, especially concerning real estate development and construction.
