Reputed Healthcare is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to handle corporate, commercial, healthcare/pharma and business-related legal matters.

Legal Consultant –

- Corporate / Commercial / Healthcare | LLB | Bar Council Enrolled

Location: Surat

Experience: 10–15 Years

Qualification: LLB / LLM

Mandatory: Bar Council Enrollment / Certificate of Practice

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice on day-to-day business operations.
- Draft, review & negotiate Agreements, Contracts, MoUs, Leases, Vendor Agreements &
- Commercial Documents.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation coordination and documentation.
- Identify legal risks, liabilities and compliance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate, Commercial, Healthcare &
- Pharma Laws.
- Coordinate with external advocates,



government authorities and internal departments.
- Maintain legal records, agreements, cases and notices.
- Conduct legal research and advise management on regulatory changes.

Candidate Requirements

- LLB mandatory
- LLM preferred.
- Bar Council Enrollment / Certificate of Practice mandatory.
- 10–15 years relevant legal experience.
- Experience in Corporate / Commercial / Healthcare / Pharma / Retail Legal preferred.
- Strong contract drafting, review, negotiation and legal research skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates who can independently handle legal matters preferred.
