Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits, inspections and measurements.
- Supervise excavation, foundation preparation and concreting works.
- Install cable conduits and supervise foundation-related activities.
- Handle street light pole erection, alignment, wiring and electrical connections.
- Participate hands-on in installation, testing and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with workmen, subcontractors and other site teams.
- Monitor daily site progress, quality and material requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during installation.
- Maintain site measurements, material records, progress reports and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety and project quality requirements.
- Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or a relevant qualification.




- Hands-on experience in Electrical Site Execution.
- Experience in Street Light Pole Erection, Installation, Wiring and Commissioning is preferred.
- Ability to independently handle site activities.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on at project sites.
