Why this role exists

Each of this hotel group's twelve properties currently runs its own training in its own way, which means service quality varies more than the group would like across locations. The group has partnered with Flexiple to bring in a Learning and Development Manager who can build one consistent training approach and roll it out property by property.

What the role covers

- Design a standard onboarding and service-training curriculum for front-office, food and beverage, and housekeeping staff
- Build leadership-development programmes for property-level managers and supervisors
- Travel to properties to run or oversee training rollouts and gather feedback
- Track training completion and service-quality metrics across all twelve properties
- Manage relationships with external trainers and hospitality-training vendors
- Own the annual learning calendar and budget for the group

What we expect you to bring

- 5 to 10 years in learning and development,



ideally within hospitality or a similarly service-heavy industry
- Experience designing training that works consistently across multiple locations
- Comfort with regular travel to properties across cities
- Strong facilitation skills for both frontline staff and property managers

Helpful extras

- Prior experience with a hotel chain or hospitality-training certification body
- Familiarity with mystery-guest or service-audit programmes tied to training outcomes
- A postgraduate qualification in HR or hospitality management
