Salary: 4.25 LPA + Performance Variable up to 30,000

Experience: Minimum 1 Year International Voice BPO Experience

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: UK Shifts

Work Mode: Hybrid after a few months

YOUR ROLE As a UK Customer Support Executive, you will:

- Handle inbound customer calls for UK customers
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with insurance-related concerns




- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

WHO CAN APPLY?

Mandatory Requirements:

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 Year International Voice BPO Experience
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Service & Problem-Solving Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- UAN Employment History is Mandatory

IMPORTANT: This position is strictly for candidates with relevant International Voice BPO experience.

- Non-BPO experience will NOT be considered.
- Domestic BPO experience may not be eligible.

SHIFT DETAILS - UK Shifts Any 9-hour shift between 6:30 AM 2:30 AM
