nResponsibilities

- Lead multiple cross-functional projects; manage scope, timelines and client communication
n
- Serve as senior scientific contact for evidence synthesis (ES) strategy; guide interpretation and positioning of results of systematic literature review/ network meta-analysis to mid- to senior-level clients
n
- Develop sections of global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and related HTA deliverables
n
- Lead proposal writing and identify new business opportunities to drive account growth
n
- Line manages 2–4 junior team members; oversee mentoring, training, and recruitment activities
n
- Lead internal innovation — refine processes, templates, and methodologies; develop tool roadmaps; lead webinars and demo of apps
n
- Identify impactful research topics, lead manuscript and podium presentation development
n

nQualifications

n

n
- PhD or Masters in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology,



or a related discipline.
n
- At least 6+ years of experience in evidence synthesis, systematic literature reviews, and HTA submissions.

- Proficiency in SLRs, NMAs, and evidence synthesis methods for HTA and payer submissions
n
- Solid expertise in EndNote, SLR software and statistical software for meta-analysis.
n
- Ability to manage client relationships independently and anticipate/resolve delivery challenges

- Portfolio management capability — delivery oversight, resourcing optimization, and risk management
n
- People management capability — coaching, performance development, and team coordination
n
- Scientific thought leadership — senior review of manuscripts, posters, and podium presentations
n
- Scientific writing skills with experience in manuscripts, abstracts, and dossier development
