Position Name : Lead Manufacturing Reporting to: COO-Operations Industry: Auto components/ Auto Ancillary Qualification: BE- Mechanical Experience required: 15-20 years of experience in the following: Leading an entire Manufacturing Team Handling the quality & system Preferably in auto ancillary company Purpose of the role: To ensure efficient operations at SGD I & SGD-II. Responsible to achieve the budgeted Revenue and maintaining the EBITDA of the Gear Plant and also lead the improvement projects, and other activities at SGD-I & SGD II. Ensure promotion for awareness of Continual improvement and provide guidelines and resources for the same.

Key responsibilities attached to the role:

- Responsible for daily manufacturing activities in Ring Gear Manufacturing • Daily RG transfers from various sections • Unit PMPD,



OTIF and Plant OEE - Analysis & Improvement • Safety • Quality • Daily production monitoring report and cost variance analysis.
- Implementation of 5S, TPM, Lean Management & Kaizen in the plant.
- Responsible for maintain EBTDA for the plant.
- Procurement of recent equipment • Low cost automation & Cost Saving Initiatives • Manpower optimization. Technical & Professional Knowledge required 1 DOE, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, Internal Auditor (for QS-9000, TS-16949 QMS) 2 KAIZEN, Poka Yoke 3 Material Science & Heat -Treatment 4 SMED, Seven QC Tools to solve quality problems 5 Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt / Black belt
