Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through research, outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking activities.

The specialist will maintain and update lead databases, schedule appointments or consultations for the advisory team,



and collaborate with sales and marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns. Daily responsibilities also include tracking lead performance, preparing basic reports on lead activity, and ensuring that all interactions reflect Yea Wealth’s commitment to professional, ethical client engagement.

Qualifications

- Ability to identify and qualify New Leads and execute effective Lead Generation activities.
- Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with prospects and internal teams.
- Experience with CRM or lead management tools, and basic proficiency in office productivity software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related domain is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, marketing, or an associated field preferred.
