Role Description The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing strategies to attract and qualify prospective learners and partners for Pregrad’s programs. This full-time, on-site role based in Sadar involves managing lead funnels, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of high-intent leads. Day-to-day activities include designing and running campaigns, tracking lead sources, refining targeting and messaging, and maintaining lead databases in CRM tools.
The Lead Generation
Manager will collaborate closely with program, product, and operations teams to align outreach with Pregrad’s offerings and brand positioning. The role also involves experimenting with recent channels, analyzing results, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Generate qualified leads from students interested in Study Abroad programs.
2.Identify prospective students through cold calling, social media, WhatsApp, email campaigns, online platforms, referrals, and other channels.
Understand students' basic requirements, preferred countries, courses,
academic background, and study-abroad interests.
3.Qualify prospects and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality student leads.
4.Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective students.
5.Maintain and regularly update lead information in the CRM/lead management system.
6.Coordinate qualified leads with the counselling and admissions team.
7.Track lead performance, follow-up status, and conversion potential.
8.Explore new channels and strategies to improve lead generation and engagement.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
9.Analyse lead-generation performance and provide insights to improve the quality and volume of enquiries.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, business development, inside sales, education sales, or a related field.
- Experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, EdTech, Education Consultancy, or Student -Recruitment will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Comfortable with outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
-Basic understanding of CRM and lead-tracking systems.
-Ability to work with targets and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
-Strong interest in working with students and young professionals.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred.
