Lead Designer (Interior Designing)

RoleWe are looking for a Design Lead to lead our residential interior design team, maintain design quality, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are design-ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Interior Design team.
- Allocate projects and monitor design timelines.
- Review and approve layouts, 3D designs, working drawings, and material selections.
- Lead key client presentations and design discussions.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget, and execution feasibility.
- Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Production, and Operations teams.
- Resolve design-related issues and client escalations.
- Maintain design quality standards and SOPs.




- Train and develop designers to improve team performance.

Requirements
- B.Arch or M.Des in Interior Design.
- 6–8 years of experience in residential interiors.
- 2–3 years of experience in a senior/leadership role.
- Robust knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, hardware, and finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D design tools.
- Strong communication, client handling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with turnkey home interiors preferred.
