Key Responsibilities

- Sort and Inspect: Separate laundry by color, fabric type, and soil level, checking for stains, tears, or missing buttons.

- Operate Equipment: Load and unload commercial washers, dryers, and flatwork ironers while monitoring correct water levels, temperatures, and chemical dispensing.

- Treat Stains: Apply specialized stain-removal techniques and pre-treat damaged or heavily soiled items before washing.

- Guest Valet Services: Receive, tag, log, and carefully handle guest laundry and dry cleaning requests, coordinating with butlers or room service.

- Finish and Fold: Fold towels, press bed sheets, and hang uniforms neatly, storing them in designated clean areas.

- Maintain Facility: Clean lint traps daily, sweep and mop floors, and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance.

- Inventory Control: Count stock,



track chemical or detergent levels, and participate in routine supply audits.

- Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: One to two years of proven work experience in a commercial or high-end hospitality laundry environment.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift heavy loads of wet linen.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous care in fabric protection, accurate tagging, and defect detection.

- Safety & Hygiene: Knowledge of proper chemical handling and occupational health and safety rules.
