Roles & Responsibilities

Handle real-time customer queries, requests, and concerns via written chat in German.

Maintain high quality, accuracy, and professional decorum in all customer interactions.

Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction standards.

Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Key Requirements

Language Proficiency: Read | Write | Speak





Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and typing skills in both Native Language and English.

Education: Only Graduates .

Flexibility: Willingness to work in shift patterns as per process requirements.
