Labour Welfare Officer –
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle labour welfare activities, employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Maintain statutory registers, records and labour-related documentation.
Coordinate with labour departments, inspectors and other government authorities.
Manage attendance, leave, wages and employee welfare-related activities.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages and other applicable laws.
Conduct worker counselling, welfare programs and employee engagement activities.
Handle labour contractors, contract labour documentation and related compliance.
Support audits, inspections and preparation of statutory reports.
Maintain a healthy relationship between management and workers and assist in resolving industrial/labour issues.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
