Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality control tests on biological samples using biochemistry, microbiology, hematology, and phlebotomy techniques.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks in the laboratory to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and supplies.

- Assist senior technicians with complex testing procedures and provide technical support as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of test results, patient data, and inventory management.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience as a Lab Technician or related field (biochemistry, microbiology).

- Diploma/B.Tech degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Biochemistry, Microbiology) or equivalent qualification.

- Robust understanding of DMLT principles and practices; knowledge of computer applications an added advantage.
