We are looking for a Lab Chemist to join our edible oil manufacturing team, with a focus on Sesame Oil.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality testing and analysis of edible oils, especially sesame oil.
- Perform routine chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, finished products, and in-process samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Must have hands-on knowledge of GLC (Gas Liquid Chromatography) machine operation and analysis.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory records, test reports, and COAs.
- Ensure testing is carried out according to company quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor product quality and report any deviations or abnormalities.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in an edible oil, food,



or related testing laboratory will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of GLC operation is mandatory.
- Knowledge of edible oil testing parameters and quality standards will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
