Pace Setters Business Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele-Sales Executives to join our sales team for an L&T; sales process.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and converting interested customers into successful leads/sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the relevant product/service.
- Pitch products/services effectively and handle customer queries.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper lead status.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.




- Share qualified/interested candidates or leads with the concerned supervisor/team.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
- Must be comfortable with a tele-sales/customer interaction role.
- Candidates should have basic sales and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
- Age: Up to 35 years.

Salary & Incentives Freshers: ₹11,000 + performance-based incentives

Experienced: ₹12,000 + performance-based incentives

Working Hours

- 6 days working
- Rotational weekly off
- Shift: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
