Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Trainees / Production Associates who have recently completed their Hotel Management or Culinary education. The candidate will receive practical exposure to Bakery & Continental food production, kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, and standard recipes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff in Bakery & Continental food preparation.
- Support daily production as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Assist in preparation of breads, cakes, pastries, desserts and other bakery products.
- Assist with Continental preparations, sauces, salads, pasta and basic hot/cold kitchen items.
- Follow proper portioning, weighing, measuring and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and production area.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper food storage practices.
- Check raw materials for quality and freshness.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely after proper training.




- Maintain production records and follow daily production schedules.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper utilization of ingredients.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety standards and personal hygiene requirements.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen team members during production.
- Learn and develop skills across different kitchen sections.

Candidate Profile
- Fresher with Hotel Management / Bakery / Culinary qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Bakery & Continental cuisine.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Passionate about food production and hospitality.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to work in shifts.
- Candidates who have completed industrial training / internship in hotels, QSRs, bakeries or restaurants will be preferred.
