Kitchen Supervisor

We are an Hospitality industry with Luxury Hotels & Luxury CO Living & we are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who manages daily kitchen operations, oversees food preparation, and leads culinary staff to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities

- Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, create work schedules, train recent hires, and monitor team performance.
- Food Quality & Safety: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines (such as HACCP rules), and check food presentation and taste.
- Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, order necessary ingredients and supplies, and minimize waste.
- Operations Coordination: Oversee the cooking line to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
- Equipment Maintenance: Check that all kitchen appliances and tools work properly and meet health code standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
