Role Description The Kitchen Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position focuses on designing functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts, including cabinetry, worktops, and storage solutions aligned with client requirements and fabrication standards. Daily tasks include meeting with clients and contractors, understanding project briefs, preparing detailed design concepts and technical drawings, and coordinating with the drafting team to ensure documentation is fabrication-ready.

Designer will also review measurements, materials, and finishes, provide design recommendations,



and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout each project. The role involves supporting sales consultations, managing design revisions, and contributing to high-quality project delivery within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Kitchen & Bath Design, with the ability to develop practical, code-compliant, and visually cohesive kitchen layouts.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to understand client needs, present design concepts clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, including supporting design-led consultations, explaining options, and helping clients make informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Cabinetry, including materials, hardware, construction methods, and integration with millwork and joinery standards.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) is beneficial.
- Relevant education in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, spatial planning ability, and the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously are key.
- Experience collaborating with contractors, fabricators, or furniture manufacturers is an advantage.
