1. Daily Operations - Your main job is NO FAILURE

- Take daily orders from all outlets before cut-off time (WhatsApp/Email/Portal)
- Punch in system, coordinate with dispatch for on-time delivery
- Check delivery proof, temperature, quantity - share with client
- Be present for any audit / tasting at client location

1. Relationship Management

- Stores / Purchase: Daily follow-up, price, invoice, GRN
- Chef / F&B; Manager: Weekly visit, new product tasting, resolve quality complaints in 4 hours
- Finance: Follow up for payment, reconcile ledger weekly, keep DSO under 25 days
- Your job:They should call you, not your boss, for anything.

1. Sales Growth Inside The Same Account

- Map all outlets
- Push seasonal / festival products 1 month in advance
- Track competitor products inside same account and replace them

1. Planning & Forecasting

- Every Friday, share next week's forecast to production (SKU wise, outlet wise)
- Track consumption pattern, festivals, weekends - ensure no stock-out or excess return
- Manage returns / expiry - keep it under 1%

1. Reporting & Discipline

- Daily:



Order + Delivery + Collection update to your manager
- Weekly: Visit report, sales vs target, issues
- Monthly: Joint Business Review deck with client - sales, complaints, recent launches

What We Will Measure You On:

1. 100% On-time delivery - 0 complaints
2. Collection - 100% within agreed credit period
3. Relationship - Client NPS, reference for new accounts

Skills Needed:

- 2-5 years handling HORECA Key Account
- Can handle pressure, early morning orders, late night calls
- Very good in Excel, WhatsApp communication, follow-up
- Presentable, chef-friendly, can do tasting presentation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
