Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to completion and handover Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, and site records Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in office teams Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings, and safety norms Read, prepare, and update basic AutoCAD drawings and site markups SketchUp and Revit (basic level) for layouts, visualization, and coordination Perform and verify site surveying using Auto Level / dumpy level Translate survey data into accurate site execution Track tasks, risks, and communication using project management tools or structured Google Sheets Support material planning, procurement inputs, and site inspections Report project status to management and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Required Skills:



Strong understanding of civil construction and site execution Basic knowledge of design & drafting tools:

- AutoCAD • SketchUp • Revit • Auto Level / site levelling Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site work Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in X, XII (if applicable) & Diploma No standing arrears at the time of application Eligible Specializations: Civil Engineering Construction Technology
