Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Conduct routine inspections as per quality standards.
- Maintain QC records and documentation.
- Report quality issues and assist in corrective actions.
- Ensure hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices are followed.
- Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality.

Requirements:

- FOOD Manufacturing company experience is compulsory
- B.Sc. (Microbiology/Chemistry/Food Science) or Diploma in Food Technology.
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control (Freshers can also apply).




- Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and quality testing.
- Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Incoming material inspection
- In-process and finished goods quality checks
- SOP, GMP and hygiene compliance
- QA documentation and reports
- CAPA and quality investigations
- Coordination with Production, Stores and Packaging
