Hiring: Junior Marketing Analyst | Engine

About the RoleEngine is looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Analyst to support digital marketing initiatives for Engine and its client companies.

This role offers hands-on exposure to performance marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, branding, and marketing for client businesses, with opportunities to work across e-commerce and education brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute digital marketing activities for assigned client companies and Engine.
- Schedule and publish social media content, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals, and campaign updates.
- Support the execution of digital campaigns, webinars, and marketing events.
- Track campaign performance and maintain marketing documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Eligibility




- 6 months–1 year of relevant marketing experience, with hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce and/or education brands preferred.
- Degree/course completion in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Positive understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Basic video editing skills are an added advantage.

Duration & CompensationEmployment Type: Internship / Full-Time
