Designation - Junior IT Engineer

Location - Malad West (Near Orlem Church)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems and applications.
- Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, and switches.
- Support basic Active Directory, user accounts, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server activities.
- Assist with CCTV, backups, and IT infrastructure monitoring.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, internet, CCTV, and other technical requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and computer hardware.
- Basic understanding of networking,



LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and user-support skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new IT technologies.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
