About the Role

: Junior HR Recruiter

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of recruitment experience

Florence Manpower Services is looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to support recruitment for client requirements. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and following up with selected candidates until joining.

Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
- Explain job responsibilities, work locations, compensation details, and selection processes clearly to candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, clients, and the recruitment team.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer acceptance, documentation, and joining dates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.




- Work towards agreed recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Handle candidate information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and online job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and manage multiple openings.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.

Preferred Skills

- Previous recruitment internship or staffing experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome to apply.
