Mechtech Inframine Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Engineer – Heavy Machinery Fabrication to join our Engineering/Production team at POR, Vadodara.

Job Details

- Location: POR, Vadodara, Gujarat
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in fabrication and assembly of heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
- Read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Monitor fabrication activities including cutting, welding, fit-up, drilling, and assembly.
- Coordinate with welders, fabricators, and production workers.
- Perform basic dimensional and quality inspections.
- Ensure fabrication work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify technical/fabrication issues and coordinate with senior engineers for solutions.




- Maintain production and inspection records.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in heavy machinery fabrication, manufacturing, or structural fabrication.
- Positive knowledge of fabrication and welding processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools and MS Office/Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in heavy engineering / machinery manufacturing will be preferred.
