We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Manager to join the Manufacturing and Distribution team in our National Assurance practice. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration.

While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. This position will support our Assurance – Manufacturing and Distribution team and as an Audit Industry Manager ,



you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the Finance sectors. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand industry-specific challenges and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

Manage multiple audit and advisory engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, Lead risk assessments and develop audit strategies tailored to complex client environments.  Review financial statements and audit documentation for compliance with U.GAAP and regulatory performance.  Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to enhance audit quality and client YOUR EXPERIENCE. CA or CPA qualification is mandatory.



 Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit.  Prior experience serving clients in CHAMP industries is preferred.  Exposure to and proficiency in digital audit tools and audit analytics platforms.  Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
