We are looking for a motivated Junior Associate – Import, Export Operations to support our international trade, sourcing, and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in global trade while contributing to marketing and client outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review import/export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers.
- Track international shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with customs clearance and trade compliance.
- Maintain shipment records, purchase orders, and logistics documentation.
- Support sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and customers.
- Assist in lead generation and business development activities.
- Communicate professionally with international clients and suppliers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in import/export, logistics, marketing,



or business development.
- Basic understanding of international trade, shipping documents, and Incoterms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international logistics.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or logistics software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in international business.
