Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior AI, Software & IT Specialist who is interested in Artificial Intelligence, software development, automation, and IT systems. The candidate will support the development and implementation of AI-based solutions, software applications, automation tools, system maintenance, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support AI-based applications, automation solutions, and internal software tools.

- Work with Python, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and scripting for software development and automation.

- Integrate AI/LLM APIs and other emerging technologies into practical business applications.

- Troubleshoot and maintain software applications, IT systems, servers, and user environments.

- Assist with ERP systems, system integrations, user access, and technical support.

- Perform system updates, software patching, backups, and routine IT maintenance.

- Support basic cybersecurity, system security, access control, and vulnerability management.





- Research current technologies and identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI and automation.

- Collaborate with different departments to understand requirements and develop technology-based solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in software development, AI/automation, IT support, or a related technical field.

- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, APIs, databases, or scripting.

- Basic understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or AI APIs.

- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cybersecurity.

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

- Candidates with hands-on project experience in AI, software development, automation, or application development are encouraged to apply.
