Role & responsibilities

- Export and record sales invoices/bills in Tally accounting software.

- Record day-to-day expenses, including bills, vouchers, and other payments.

- Verify employee reimbursement bills and accurately record approved expenses.

- Record daily bank transactions, including receipts, payments, and bank charges.

- Perform monthly bank reconciliation by matching bank statements with company accounting records.

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, bank records, and other accounting documents.

- Coordinate with bank teams for routine banking-related requirements and queries.

- Assist the Senior Accountant with monthly closing activities, including GST and TDS.

Preferred candidate profile

- B. Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

- 12 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.



Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.

- Hands-on or working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.

- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS and related accounting documentation.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and maintaining reports.

- Ability to verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and employee reimbursement claims accurately.

- Good numerical ability with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Valuable documentation and record-maintenance skills.

- Basic communication skills for coordination with banks, employees, vendors, and internal teams.

- Immediate or early joiners preferred.
