Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Accountant at Taxfy for Taxation and Accounting LLC. You'll work across a range of client accounts, which means you'll learn quickly and see how businesses in different industries operate.

What you'll do:

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple clients

•⁠ ⁠Record day-to-day transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

•⁠ ⁠Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations

•⁠ ⁠Support month-end and year-end closing





•⁠ ⁠Assist with VAT return preparation and Corporate Tax documentation

•⁠ ⁠Prepare supporting schedules and basic financial reports

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with clients to collect documents and clarify transactions

•⁠ ⁠Keep records organised and audit-ready

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Pursuing ACCA, with Applied Skills level completed

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

•⁠ ⁠0–2 years of accounting experience

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books

•⁠ ⁠Robust grasp of accounting fundamentals and double-entry bookkeeping

•⁠ ⁠Good written and verbal communication skills in English

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)

•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple clients at once

Bonus points if you have :

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to UAE VAT or Corporate Tax

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in an accounting firm or audit practice
