JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounting entries, coordinating with vendors/customers, and assisting the accounts team with regular financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank-related records.
- Assist in tracking outstanding payments and receivables.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in preparing basic reports,



statements, and MIS.
- Support the Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager in daily accounting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with valuable accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
