Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Jr. Site Engineer to support the execution and supervision of construction activities at project sites. Freshers can also apply, while candidates with prior construction site experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Monitor site work as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions.

- Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

- Assist in checking the quality and progress of construction work.

- Support the execution of civil and structural works under the guidance of senior engineers.

- Assist in monitoring reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and other construction activities.

- Check measurements, levels, alignment, and dimensions as required.

- Assist in identifying site issues and report them to the Senior Site Engineer/Project Engineer.

- Monitor material usage and inform the concerned team about material requirements.





- Maintain daily site records and assist in preparing progress reports.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to site safety procedures.

- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of work.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

- Freshers can apply.

- Candidates with 1 year of construction site experience will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.

- Ability to read and understand basic engineering and construction drawings.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work at construction project sites.

- Ability to learn and work under the guidance of senior engineers.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
